How much does shipping cost?

Orders Below $100 are $18.99 (Express 7-21 days), 

Orders Over $100 are free (Express 7-21 days)

Economy Shipping service, free (Economy, 14-39 days), 

*If you elect Economy Shipping service, get an extra 20% product for FREE

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed with Economy or Express shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

We will not ship on goverment holidays that are observed in the USA, India, Singapore, or China. In the case of a holiday, we will ship the following day.

On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For Express shipments to western countries, you can expect your order to arrive in 7-21 business days once it has shipped from our distribution center.

For Economy shipments to western countries, you can expect your order to arrive in 15-39 business days once it has shipped from our distribution center.

On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

ModaPagoda will accept responsibility for the failure of your Express shipment to clear through the customs control within your country by 30 days following the shipment date except for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st, during which time the number of days is extended to 42. Clearance through customs means the parcel has been scanned at a domestic postal location that inside your country. 

ModaPagoda is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, faulty addresses, refusal to accept delivery, returned items, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall ModaPagoda be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

What if my Express parcel doesn’t clear customs within 19 days (or 29 days if the order was placed between November 1st and and December 31st)?

The vast majority of Express parcels clear customs within 4-10 days of shipping. If there is not a tracking update after 19 days (or 29 days if the order was placed between November 1st and and December 31st) ModaPagoda will provide a reshipment plus $50 store credit to your account OR

Full refund of the order in the payment method provided. This service is available a maximum of one time for every five orders that you place with us.

If the Express parcel becomes lost after customs clearance, ModaPagoda will provide a reshipment plus $50 store credit to your account.

What if my Economy parcel parcel doesn’t arrive?

Most Ecomonomy parcels arrive within 15 to 30 days of shipping. If your Economy parcel has not arrived within 59 days of shipment, we will offer a 90% store credit to your account. This service is available a maximum of one time for every five orders that you place with us.  

Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?

No, we are unable to ship to these addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes (PO Box)?

Yes, however please be aware that PO Box service is available for any shipping method that utilizes the postal service. It is not available for courier services, such as DHL or FedEx which is available in some countries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the USA, United Kingdom, Australia, and to all countries inside the European Union (EU). At this time we do not ship to any other country.

My country is excluded. Are there any alternative options?

Yes, you might consider arranging mail forwarding within one of the approved countries. 

What will my order package look like?

Click here to see what you can expect. We use discretion and ship in a plain envelope. Our name cannot be found on the parcel.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
You can also find your tracking number by logging into your ModaPagoda account.

    From your desktop: Select “Order History” from the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the screen. Select “View Order” next to the order number you wish to track to find tracking information.

    From your mobile browser: Select “My Account” from the drop-down menu at the top left corner of the screen. Select “Order History” and “View Order” to track your order by order number.

Please allow up to 120 hours (5 days) from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.

Notice regarding aggregate parcel usage: For many countries, in order to expedite overseas shipping and customs clearance, we aggregate many customer's orders into a single package and once it arrives onshore, it will be split and the individual mail pieces will enter the domestic mail system. Your parcel's tracking number may not show an update until the aggregated parcel has arrived onshore.
